Feature Co-Production Deal with Writer/Director Matt Riddlehoover

Bring Chase Productions recently partnered with Empire Films and Nashville writer/director Matt Riddlehoover (To a Tee, Bookends, Gaze, Return to Babylon) to co-produce his next feature film, Scenes from a Gay Marriage, in the last quarter of 2011.

A reference to Ingmar Bergman's Scenes from a Marriage, Riddlehoover's new film is a complex study of an unhappily kept man (writer/director Matt Riddlehoover) who leaves his partner and rents an apartment in order to gain independence. There, he inadvertently eavesdrops on what transpires between the infectious gay couple living above him. Soon, he becomes obsessed with one of them (Carson Nicely) while also forming a fragile relationship with his maintenance man (Jared Allman).

With a modest budget of $200,000.00, Scenes from a Gay Marriage will be shot in Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Shane Bartlett, in his second collaboration with Matt Riddlehoover, will shoot the film, due out in 2012.
